大部份員工都係韓國人,聽到韓文加上個環境當去左轉韓國前菜有泡菜,蘿蔔,薯仔。蘿蔔同薯仔無咩味,應該無落調味料。同其他韓國餐廳唔同,尼間啲腌蘿蔔無味,泡菜有啲辣同鹹。平時燒肉通常燒左啲多肥膏嘅肉先,尼間燒左蔬菜先牛肉油脂分佈平均,肉質嫩滑五花腩啲脂肪食落唔油膩,有咬口,好彈牙鐵板好快焦,燒兩round左右就黑泡菜湯湯好足料,好多蔬菜,微辣,似飲緊羅宋湯泡菜炒飯食唔到辣嘅我覺得好辣,有啲鹹同好油牛小腸小腸好韌,少啲牙力都咬唔開,似食緊香口膠😂拌冷麵湯汁甜甜地,好開胃,仲可以中和下啲辣味,面彈牙。
