一講起叉燒滑蛋飯,旺記冰室一定係腦海浮現既第一第二間店,。以前lunch 去食,要排隊等好耐先能安排入座,而家疫情,雖然都要等,但好多人都仲係WFH, 只係等咗5分鐘,就可以入座喇。呢個叉燒滑蛋飯,每次黎都一定叫佢,未食過佢以外既東西,由佢50蚊食到而家60蚊,都仲保持到好高既水準。賣相係咪好吸睛呢,啲蛋真係好滑,好香,好有蛋味。而叉燒方面,都多既,但比較偏瘦,唔鞋。另一重點就係佢個秘製甜豉油,真係好好味,好出色。三樣野夾埋一齊,真係無敵組合。
