一元復始,萬象更新,春天的到來代表萬物都生氣勃勃啊~早前到沙田Royal Park Hotel 2+2 café & bar 品嚐鮮白蘆筍晚市套餐,白蘆筍就只有在春天時份當造啊~當季的白蘆筍果然鮮甜味美。-前菜以白蘆筍配Iberico Paleta Ham,淡淡清甜的白蘆筍比平時吃的蜜瓜少了陣果甜度,更能突顯Iberico Paleta Ham的油脂香潤。另一道前菜以蛋黃荷蘭汁焗新鮮白蘆筍,簡單好吃。-Soup新鮮白蘆筍忌廉湯配脆煙腿-套餐的主菜有兩款可以選擇,喜歡牛肉的十分推薦安格斯牛柳配黑胡椒汁伴蟹肉芝士焗元貝配烤新鮮白蘆筍,Medium Rare 的安格斯牛肉味濃香,配上蟹肉芝士焗元貝,蟹肉芝士焗得香口,元貝也大隻鮮甜。新鮮當造的白蘆筍爽脆之餘配搭牛柳很匹配。-個人也很喜歡另一道主菜烤鱈魚柳及虎蝦配烤新鮮白蘆筍,-鱈魚柳肉質細嫩,虎蝦鮮甜彈牙,搭配白蘆筍味道鹹甜交織。--最後以酒店招牌Tiramisu 作結,不得不讚真的非常ig-able!開蓋時那煙霧瀰漫的效果與Tiramisu 的細膩同樣無得輸❤️❤️--#2+2Cafe #RoyalParkHotel #沙田 #白蘆筍 #春季限
