江仔記由以前喺銅鑼灣做嘢嘅時候就開始幫襯,諗番起都十幾廿年前。之後耐唔耐如果去開銅鑼灣想食碗魚蛋粉都會返去幫襯。😊記得當年佢嘅牛腩牛筋牛肚軟硬適中相當入味,自製魚蛋魚片都爽口彈牙有魚味,牛丸、豬肉丸、墨魚丸類都唔係普通貨色,水餃雲吞大大粒都有鮮味。😊😋👍🏻嚟呢度通常都會食魚蛋魚片加紫菜,鍾意佢魚蛋味道比出邊舖頭彈牙有魚味唔太味精, 加埋紫菜就更加鮮味。😋😋😋😋😋相隔幾年重返呢度食返同一碗魚蛋河加紫菜,賣相一樣味道全非。魚蛋細粒唔彈牙魚味少,紫菜味道質感變化唔大,重點係湯頭以前係清得黎好有魚嘅鮮甜味,今次飲返係得返重味精嘅味道。😔😔😔😔😔
