To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鍾意黎呢間千両主要係因為唔駛點等位，所以我地都可以算係呢間餐廳常客。呢個季節，老公最鍾意食當造的秋刀魚。咁今次就叫咗2條，1條做刺身，1條鹽燒。因為本身條魚好肥美，所以我覺得刺身好食啲，可以食到條魚本身鮮味。另外仲叫咗北河道生蠔，隻蠔好大隻，仲大過手掌。個蠔係新鮮的，好creamy。但我鍾意爽蠔多啲。螺刺身都好新鮮。黎千両當然要叫手卷壽司啦，保持一貫水準。我地唔記得自攜清酒，咁就唯有order啦。店員將酒放响個有冰漏斗，非常細心。
