To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

阿拉斯加長腳蟹不時不食,當造的長腳蟹肉質鮮甜無比,而每人也分到不少的蟹肉,的確是海港酒家一向的招牌。鴻運脆皮皇子豬全體圍餐的乳豬全體也夠熱辣辣,惜是肥膏較多,不夠均勻。黃金蟹肉蝦球伊麵一貫酒家的質素,大堆芡汁拌伊麵,蝦球也很多,淺嘗一點就好。泰式炸蝦餅(十二件)熱辣香脆,沒有挑剔之理由。有點特別的是,蝦餅中混有星星爆炸糖片,令口感變得有趣。西蘭花炒帶子花姿片蔬菜類是清新之選,師傅的炒功也不俗,沒有多餘的油份在碟底。竹笙海皇燴燕窩濃濃芡汁的湯羹,味道較淡。蠔皇原隻鮑魚扣花菇(十三隻)鮑魚和花菇份量十足,就是濃味的蠔油醬汁把整碟菜都弄成同一味道。欖豉醬蒸蝴蝶龍躉斑(一條)吃到此時,龍躉斑已是吸引力不足,淺嚐了一點,肉質也頗滑溜,沒有蒸煮過度的問題。海港燒鵝皇(半隻)酒家的另一招牌,燒鵝皮脆而肉質不俗,伴上的甜豆也好吃。歡樂大蟠桃(十二隻)巨型版本的蟠桃包,有蓮蓉和吉士餡兩款,吃罷就是圓滿的一頓大餐。
