開心仔,今日約左好耐無見嘅朋友一齊食壽司。點左同樣係廚師發辦嘅“本月時令壽司併盤”($320),眼見師傅在吧枱後開櫃、拿刀、輕切,氣定神閒地拿捏,終於完成十件壽司放在面前。😃聽著介紹,有不少陌生嘅名字,要即刻google吓自己食咩。呢個就係廚師發辦嘅好玩之處;又神秘、又新鮮。今日廚師推介嘅時令壽司係拖羅、醬油漬吞拿魚、魴鮄、深海池魚、鮫鰈、象拔蚌、連子鯛、銀鱈魚、縞蝦、海膽。件件嘅顏色都靚到不得了,最鍾意係鮫鰈嘅口感。鮫鰈魚係白肉魚中被譽為高級嘅壽司食材,含有豐富嘅膠原蛋白。入口陣魚油味真係好香,咬落爽脆,食完一件,感覺有d唔夠喉。而味道最鮮就係拖羅,脂肪有d雪花紋,魚油脂甘香濃郁,入口即溶。魴鮄係我第一次食,肉質都幾有彈性,味鮮甜。醬油漬吞拿魚,刺身片厚切,非常有口感,雖然話係醬油漬,但原全無遮蓋魚香。除左魴鮄,縞蝦都係第一次食到,平時剩係識食赤蝦。縞蝦雖然無赤蝦咁大隻,但蝦身嘅紋理好靚,脹卜卜,入口清爽、清甜。海膽肥美,有淡淡嘅海水味。連子鯛嘅油份比較少,口感不油不膩。最後值得一提係壽司飯全部手捏,完全唔鬆散,份量亦唔大,唔會飯味蓋過魚生味,每件都食到刺身嘅鮮。呢度壽司價錢算中等,

呢度壽司價錢算中等,但呢個價錢比起喺度散叫真係抵好多,不愧係廚師推介。下次要試埋個丼期間限定二人餐先得。
