To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每當只有我一個人食飯的時候，我都一定諗起依間良心食店。可能因為住在附近方便的關係。另外，佢啲食物分量充足，味道不錯，值得回頭再去食。而且店主兩夫妻，是對不太說話的人，默默耕耘，好欣賞！每次去，我多數都會食雲吞麵或者牛腩河加個油菜，通常係腐乳通菜如果唔夠或者口痕，我會叫埋佢個咖喱魚蛋超級好食，佢唔係好辣但味道不錯👍🏻，不過每粒魚蛋都好大粒好滿足！良心食店，值得支持！
