To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到呢間🔸牛角次男坊🔸個menu 好吸引, d 牛肉會疊到好高架, 所以就入去試吓。餐廳有好寬闊嘅卡位, 不過其他座位就相對地有少少迫。需要出去落單叫嘢食, 之後職員會送餐, 而餐廳有個corner 可以自助斟水同拎調味醬汁。🥢 牛角次男方丼一見到實物就忍唔住嘩嘩嘩, 真係疊到好高呀, 好似一座山咁, 打卡好靚。牛肉薄薄地, 不過份量好多, 燒得好香好惹味, 濃濃牛肉味好 juicy! 日本珍珠米配埋燒汁一齊食, 食到完全停唔到口!🥢 豚肉丼豚肉丼一d 都唔遜色, 豚肉燒得好粉嫩, 肉質好軟腍。溫泉蛋圓碌碌好有彈性, 超級流心, 撈勻之後d 豚肉食落更順滑。💭 餐廳整體食物都好好食, 難怪咁多人排隊, 係值得再去食嘅一間餐廳。
