雖然係第二次黎,但仍然係咁難搵囉。今晚朋友聚會 table for five,見仲未有人到就照例睇睇個 menu 先。我最鍾意點菜架喇,而且今晚係我揀黎 Live House 既,諗住順便探探謙謙,點知放假囉 ﹗又唔見阿翹喎,Alan 同洛仔又已經無做,全場個個都唔識呢。有咩新菜式呢?同我半年前一模一樣噃。今日星期二都幾靜吓喎,小貓三四隻,還是依家仲早呢?都七點幾喇。Cocktail 唔識讀添 ﹗芒果味香濃,質感幼滑,有 Ram 酒同香檳成份,滿意。黑松露醬半熟蛋,好香黑松露味道,跟雞蛋好夾,如何蛋黃再流心點點就更加正,依家都好好味,前菜正 ﹗好好味 ﹗簡單又易做,半熟蛋加點芝士、黑松露醬,撒上香草掂。忌廉南瓜湯,一向唔食南瓜既我但湯免強可以接受啦,不太甜,無問題。脆脆棒,口痕攞黎點汁咬吓都好,不過我諗係用黎搣碎放入南瓜湯食既。啤酒煮青口,青口依然彈牙,無煮過火,味道帶淡淡酒香,加上忌兼味道,梗係好食啦 ﹗什錦卷併盤,芝士雞卷炸得非常脆口,咬落索索聲,味道還可以,貪心一點多啲芝士更好!牛肉蘆筍卷,好好味呢!估唔到牛肉嫩口軟棉,唔會又鞋又硬,加上蘆筍鮮甜,滿意。煙肉龍脷柳卷,有創意我鍾意
