呢幾年古早蛋糕店開到遍地開花但係唔係間間都保持到古早蛋糕應有嘅水準坊間有啲純粹食住個熱朝開店嘅可能會搞到燶邊燶底又或者我試過有啲乾到好似紙包蛋糕咁嘅所以古早蛋糕要做到色香味俱全都唔易而我心水嘅就係囍源嘅古早蛋糕٩(♡ε♡ )۶首先佢哋有過百種口味(✪㉨✪)真係你諗到嘅味會有你諗唔到嘅味都有例如火鍋配料味(芫荽薑汁蒜蓉)、栗子味、冧酒提子味等等如果有特別口味想食仲可以三日前打電話預訂聽老闆話佢哋為咗還原正宗古早蛋糕嘅口感蛋糕師傅係專程去咗台灣淡水學藝以獨家水浴法每日低溫烘焙一盤盤古早蛋糕所以食落一啲都唔乾唔燶底出完街返到屋企食都依然好味㗎腦細形容個質地好似疏乎厘一樣咁鬆軟呀Ꮚ˙ꈊ˙Ꮚ今次我哋食咗兩隻熱門口味鹹蛋妨黃味嘅鹹蛋食到粒粒鹹香蛋黃但食完完全唔會漏香蕉味係加入新鮮香蕉蓉而唔係香蕉油所以唔會有好假嘅香蕉精油味而且蛋糕係低糖少油配方٩(๑˃̌ۿ˂̌๑)۶爸爸唔嗜甜都話甜度啱啱好而我都唔洗就住就住食唔洗驚食完會爆卡路里😆
