To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疑似Supervisor 態度惡劣

第一次忍不住在此評價，本人和朋友於11月9日晩上到圓方店用膳, 受到貴店一位疑似supervisor 的男侍應不禮貌對待, 朋友很禮貌地叫他加茶, 但他擺出不耐煩的樣子, 並叫其他員工做, 自己全程跟朋友聊天...之後再叫他給我們小碟也扮聽不到, 加上全程頭部歪一邊。 之後看OPENRICE的食評, 原來已有好幾位客人投訢他, 他的態度實在趕客, 很難相信一間來自日本的餐廰會容許一位這樣的員工存在! 這位員工確實令到我不想再光顧貴餐廳!
