To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從疫情嚴峻每日大家都要為撲口罩、搶廁紙真的令人心身疲倦。今日終於忍不住出街食飯,人流真的少很多難怪香港的飲食業真的踏入蕭條狀態。平時熙來攘往的銅鑼灣,已經大不如前。 途徑時代廣場覓食不如光顧一直都鍾情Greenhouse。喜歡Greenhouse既原因好簡單,款式夠多又有多款甜品;再者又有多國菜的選擇,完全岩曬我。疫情的關係餐廳都相當注重清潔會有酒精搓手液,為食客帶來安心、舒適既環境。豬肉餃子配生菜包 $68多國菜的好處可以吃到不同的食物,前菜我選擇我最愛的餃子。豬肉餃子即叫即炸相當香脆,一客有五隻配上新鮮的生菜連同醬汁包起同吃,不會太多油膩感而且富有嚼勁。意式辣味香腸蘑菇薄餅$128很久沒有吃過薄餅,Greenhouse的薄餅種類都以大眾化為主。今次選擇意式辣味香腸蘑菇薄餅一上桌顏色相當吸引,薄餅以薄身為主相當香脆,辣味香腸以薄身配上芝去及蘑菇濃郁又美味。松露焗豬飯$118平時我對焗豬都會吃某連鎖集團,估不到Greenhouse帶給我少許驚喜。焗豬份量不算多但勝在即叫即焗,頂層的芝士添加了不少分數。焗飯的飯底滿滿松露香而且粒粒分明,與焗豬同吃令人津津有味。香芋椰子蛋糕$46 鍾情

香芋椰子蛋糕$46
鍾情香芋既我,在門外的凍櫃看到已經相當吸引。香芋與椰子配搭的確相當少見,蛋糕的質感豐盈而且有椰子的口感,香芋味道如果多一點會更好。

香蕉火焰焦糖燉蛋$88
最後甜品是香蕉火焰焦糖燉蛋,有火焰效果的確令整餐飯添上完美的劃面。冷靜的效果,外層以焦糖咖啡脆口,香蕉燒至軟身連同滑溜的燉蛋美味極了。燉蛋更有雲尼嗱油,令到蛋更軟滑。
