To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日西貢一天遊，嘆返個下午茶。第一次幫襯呢間餐廳，就叫左個下午茶炸雞髀🍗什果沙律🥗餐廳環境衛生，店內寬敞。 服務員主動態度良好。 每次食下午茶我必叫 炸雞髀🍗沙律。 不過今次呢間餐廳炸雞髀🍗有點失色。 首先賣相已經一般，由於雞髀入有香草🌿，個人對炸雞年要求高，唔太喜歡香草炸雞髀。 外皮唔算脆，不過肉質唔乾。 總結 炸雞髀一般不過配埋什果沙律🥗，份量都算多，味道唔錯。 價錢正常 值得一提，下午茶時段可供選擇既款式繁多。基本上上一般茶餐廳有既，呢到都搵到。有埋粉麵比你揀。
