To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天有事情辦，所以選擇堂食，下午時段並不多人，叫了魚片頭併雲吞米線、炸鯪魚球。魚片頭彈牙可口，份量是足夠的，另外點了炸鯪魚球，上枱還是熱熱的，挺惹味的，下次試其他小吃。值得一讚是職員主動說，可以調去卡位，因為我是一個人的緣故，最初不會坐卡位啦。環境是光猛衞生，間中我也會買魚片頭回家煮面吃。
