To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情下的開心buffet

好耐無來酒店食自助餐了，所以訂了JW café 來食，疫情下都好full，因為佢算係高質buffet。食物總類唔算好多，但樣樣都好高質數。麵包蟹超多蟹膏又大隻，正!!海蝦好新鮮彈牙，一食就知係唔係雪蝦，我食左5隻呢！仲有呢道好出名的花膠，一條已夠哂飽。片皮鴨同樣出式，鴨皮好脆，包著的那塊皮好軟熟，加埋海鮮醬簡直極上品。佢甜品都好多款式，芒果布甸同tiramisu好味道!!好開心愉快啊!!
