To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情後的自助晚餐

疫情後第一次食Dinner Buffet , 又有消費劵，所以朋友都食得豪啲，呢間book 過幾次都book 唔到，所以呢次早成3星期book ,book 到window seat ，可惜外牆有維修工程，比啲膠紙封左一半，掃慶，明白唔係餐廳問題。再講下啲食物，朋友為左啲生蠔同龍蝦黎，我就對生蠔麻麻，返而對啲熱食片皮鴨， 鴨肝，海南雞有興趣，今晚餐廳九成滿，廚師加龍蝦，麵包蟹，生蠔絕不手軟。朋友話生蠔係瘦左啲，但好重海水味。佢地話正，唔食蠔嘅我食左一隻淨係覺得咸，唔啱我。啲sashimi 都好新鮮，三文魚同八爪魚都正。仲有自家制咸蛋黃炸三文魚皮。如有果汁，汽水任飲就好了。但呢度有專人整咖啡茶，柚子蜜，凍熱都可以，柚子蜜好好味，成晚飲左5，6杯。
