To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情後，首次到訪。一疊腳到“加太賀”街道及食場氣氛已經被佢吸引😍，街道佈置及侍應的服飾笑容，已經感覺到日本情懷，情緒即時高漲😚先來一隻刺身船，有吞拿魚、油甘、甜蝦、帶子、三文魚、魚子.....每一款入口都感覺新鮮甜美再來龍蝦卷、蠔餅、壽司、天婦羅、炸帶子....天婦羅脆漿，非常香脆可口，美中不足係蠔餅，媲美潮汕蠔餅真是天淵之別。再來一客日式炒烏冬及鰻魚炒飯，真係大飽口福，結帳都是當年風格送上雪米糍。
