To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

瘋狂牛肉麵呢間餐廳，睇落似係普通小店，但食過你就知佢真係有心思。每日自家製作嘅水麵，新鮮彈牙，帶住淡淡嘅麥香，配埋兩款各具特色嘅牛肉麵，絕對令人回味無窮。首先介紹下瘋狂牛肉麵，呢碗麵用美國牛腱子，先紅燒再燉兩個鐘，每件牛肉軟腍入味，麻辣湯底夠香夠辣但唔會嗆，辣得過癮卻唔會遮蓋其他食材嘅味道。每一口麵都吸飽湯汁，麵條滑溜彈牙，配埋啖啖濃郁嘅牛肉，真係辣味十足但好滿足唔食辣既就一定要試下蕃茄牛肉麵。湯底用新鮮蕃茄慢煮，帶出自然嘅酸甜，再加入豬骨湯底，整體味道酸香開胃。牛肉嫩滑，配上濃郁嘅蕃茄湯，令人一食就愛上。小食我最愛嘅係佢哋嘅泡椒鳳爪。呢個鳳爪真係超級香辣，辣得過癮，咬落去啖啖彈牙，酸辣味十足，食完真係欲罷不能。食完鳳爪後，我通常會嚟碗冰粉解辣，羅漢果茶都係必叫，唔會太甜，飲完令人覺得好解膩又清新。成個套餐辣中帶清，刺激又舒緩，真係食得過癮又滿足，非常推薦畀所有鍾意重口味或者蕃茄湯嘅朋友試下！
