To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友約我食飯，仲揀咗間佢食過幾次又覺得幾好食嘅瘋狂小麵!成個餐廳嘅裝修好有中國風，好古色古香!餐牌上面主要係套餐，$98就有碗麵，飲品，小菜同甜品4樣野，咁抵食就一人點咗一個套餐🤤🍀瘋狂牛肉麵加滷蛋 (+$9)朋友揀咗紅湯，少辣同少麻，湯底好濃郁好滋味，搞到我都忍唔住飲咗好多啖🤤燉煮2小時嘅牛腱子肉好腍，麵係幼身都幾彈牙👍🏻🍀瘋狂擔擔麵我叫咗少辣少麻，不過我比較鐘意食辣，下次可以叫辣啲肉碎同麻辣汁嘅份量都好足，撈麵啱啱好! 仲有花生青瓜絲同蔥花，撈埋一齊好惹味!😋😋😋🍀紅油耳片 (+$32)豬耳切到薄薄地，非常爽口!👍🏻🍀棒棒雞 (+$33)雞肉切成好多塊薄片，再用麻辣油浸到入晒味，食落麻香味十足，推介!!!😍😍🍀烏梅汁飲落酸酸地，生津解渴又可以解辣!🍀羅漢果冬瓜茶羅漢果味濃，加埋冬瓜茶都幾清甜!🍀熱醪糟粉子醪糟粉子甜甜地帶有少少酒味，粉子軟糯! 仲加左幾粒枸杞☺️🍀凍成都老冰粉冰粉口感好似啫喱，食落冰冰涼涼，好清甜!!! 再加埋花生芝麻葡萄乾等，口感豐富!!! 勁好食!😍😋
