To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

串爆 地址: 旺角廣華街2-20號翠園大樓地下2號舖內地傳來香港的人氣美食，有麻辣燙串串，火鍋，烤魚等等，北上南程遠，想食唔通下下排成個鐘過關？香港尋拎美食開始任食的麻辣串串，有肉有菜幾十款，自己剔想食乜都得，一串串細細份，食完長竹纖插放在筒。小食幾有心思，由青瓜，棒棒雞，雞軟骨，豬紅，千層肚等等。一大盤連湯端上，個湯麻同辣都可自選程度，每樣都很惹味。個湯會在點下一round 時再把串串放入去，所以注意不要把紙巾放在去。最後點份冰粉糖水，水水滑滑味道清甜，解辣一流。
