今日到大埔踩完單車,很累,估唔到屋村有這麼大間的日本餐廳。內裏環境很舒服.見到下午茶都好抵食,所以二話不說,走進去便叫了個雜錦壽司配迷你湯烏冬。雜錦壽司有4款,共6件。加州卷覺得沙律醬不夠,卷得不夠實,食落有啲散,但魚子是足夠。三文魚,北寄貝,墨魚都食出其鮮美烏冬雖然說迷你,但份量都足夠,都照樣有粟米及昆布。湯底係豚骨,鮮雞及雞腳,所以,配上無味的烏冬,烏冬是日本來的,好好味。配上機磨咖啡,不用加糖也不覺苦。
