朋友說我習慣吃好東西,而且只吃貴價東西,其實不然。是日又來到大角咀,今晚試的是Tony's hell旁邊的玥屋。小小的店,只有七八個座位,吧檯尤其擠迫,不適宜大伙人聚頭。我們面前放了一個磨砂的玻璃架,一會師傅用這個來放壽司。店方預備了點菜紙,我們飛快的點了幾件後,便坐着等。最先來的是帶子壽司,入口冰凍,但感覺師傅握出來的壽司不算結實,飯身的黏度似乎不夠,壽司飯亦無醋味。三文魚腩壽司油潤度夠,雖然比較薄身,但只售$8。令人一叫再叫,欲罷不能。相較之下,墨魚比較普通,味道偏淡,口感亦並非突出。玥屋的招牌玉子像三文治一樣,上下各一層玉子,中間夾着飯團。玉子並没有一般的甜味,但有蛋香,紫菜端來的時候已經不復香脆,也不能期望這兒能有壽司之神的水準和講究,倒是賣相挺討人喜歡。三文魚子壽司帶有一陣酒香,雖然爆珠感不強烈,但味道還可以,只是那片紫菜有點拖低水準。雖然並非第一次吃象拔蚌,卻是第一次吃象拔蚌壽司,不知為何形態有點像蚯蚓。撇開這個不想,口感倒夠爽口,索索有聲。來這兒之前對海膽很有期望,最想是一大片,一片到底那種。不過,店方當晚似乎只有小片的加拿大海膽,雖然一片片像綿被一樣覆蓋着壽司頂層,但還
