比起燭光晚餐同酒吧狂歡,係居酒屋摸住酒杯底談心先係我杯茶,今晚同好姐妹食飯特登揀左間以燒物為主既小店試下。野菜條沙律伴鯷魚醬 ($30)見個個都有點,趁墟試下係咪真係咁好食。 首先要讚下鯷魚醬上台後一直加熱住,真係幾香。 好奇問下店員係點整,原來係多春魚同沙甸魚同混合而成,完全唔腥,只有濃濃既海產鮮味。 野菜條除左生菜、蘿蔔、青瓜、西芹之外,仲有比較少見既沙葛,好清甜水潤,怒點鯷魚醬都唔會膩。味噌蟹甲羅燒 (配餅乾) ($78)甲羅燒平時都食唔少,幾欣賞入面冇加到料,就係滿滿既蟹膏蟹肉,配香脆既餅乾或者爽甜既青瓜片都好夾。以往都食唔少燒海鮮/燒和牛,自己燒當然係有其樂趣,但都好怕廚藝問題浪費左咁靚既食材。 幾欣賞呢度會有店員代勞,先將原材料上台俾客人影相打卡,再即場係餐廳中央既開放式廚房上爐燒熟,感覺似睇緊表演咁。活帆立貝 浜燒 (原隻) ($138)帆立貝厚身又嫩滑,好耐冇試過成隻連群邊都食到個鮮味,簡簡單單用清酒煮熟就好正。活鮑魚 浜燒 (原隻) ($98)鮑魚好彈牙唔會韌,幾鐘意配左柚子胡椒醬,清新又引出鮑魚甜味。 份量亦好足,每人分到半隻都啖啖肉。赤蝦 浜燒 (兩隻) ($98
