To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間燒味出名好多人都知，近日疫情嚴峻，我午餐都只好外賣，早兩日試過附近嘅食神叉燒，今日又試吓呢度嘅燒肉叉燒瀨。呢度嘅瀨粉很滑，質感唔錯，而外賣嘅燒肉叉燒都好瘦，一點肥都沒有，不過縱使如此，燒肉叉燒都很腍很鬆化，老人家都食到，唔似望落去咁實崩崩，而且燒肉嘅皮係脆嘅，叉燒甜度適中，以雙併$38嘅價錢，確實唔錯。敗筆之處係呢度嘅瀨粉係用發泡膠碗，不出所料，一開蓋已聞到一陣熔發泡膠味，影響咗成碗瀨粉😞。
