由佢之前係登龍街既時候我已經成日去食。搬左去駱克道一樣咁好食❗️❗️🔸呢排限定係龍蝦拉麵🦂🍜,不過我個人就對要剝殼既東西覺得麻煩,加上對龍蝦敏感,最後都係點左海苔炙燒豚肉味玉拉麵。🔸豚肉呢係用低溫慢火浸煮超過10小時,真焾。有一層厚厚既脂肪,係舊肉上面用火槍燒過作為finishing,好樣之外鎖住肉汁!重點係原隻上既半熟蛋‼️一咬開啲蛋醬流哂出黎,連最裡面既蛋白都係半熟狀。淨係呢隻蛋都值100分!
