早前去了中環一間幾隱蔽嘅日本餐廳,放題都係講緊$320一位,任食兩個鐘。不過今日就決定分開點晚市menu試吓個質素如何。薄切油甘魚配柚子麵豉汁魚本身都幾重油份,食落都幾香,配埋松露係面頭,感覺幾夾。同平時唔同,側邊係有少少柚子麵豉汁伴碟,夾埋一齊食味道豐富。牛舌當然唔少得其他小食啦,牛舌燒得剛剛好,保留嫩嫩地嘅質感,又不失爽彈嘅口感,更可落少少青檸,就唔怕會膩啦,幾片都足以止癮。海膽油甘魚松露卷卷物比想像中個頭大,平時都係食開啲卷物,炸蝦卷、軟殼蟹卷等都唔會咁大。而呢個用油甘魚蓋面,加埋味道鮮甜嘅海膽,同埋濃郁嘅松露,一啖食落去鮮味好出。串燒拼盤除咗牛舌之外,仲有嗌左其他串燒。每一款都各有特色,雞翼個皮燒得好脆,豬頸肉同五花腩有份油香。而令我有驚喜嘅係雞軟骨及雞腎,食到停唔到口。鵝肝鰻魚炒飯平時無飯不歡,二話不說當然要叫個炒飯嚟食。呢個鰻魚炒飯加埋左鵝肝,除咗鰻魚汁嘅香氣之外,鵝肝都為佢添加左另外一種層次,面頭仲有一個溫泉蛋,完美!刺身五款食日本嘢當然要試吓佢刺身嘅新鮮程度啦。其實大部份嘅食物都好新鮮,三文魚都厚切。其中海膽食落有陣鮮甜,質素穩定。三文魚籽雖係醬油漬過,但又唔會好鹹。炸

成餐食咗好多肉,嗌咗炸豆腐嚟平衡返,除咗外脆內軟之外,佢嘅汁都幫佢加唔少分。

Drink有好多新item,今次點咗Whisky Highball,簡簡單單但酒味不容小覷,飲飲下都有些微酒意㗎!
