To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

某日下湊突然好想食Susi, 就一個走左去元氣食 lunch。由於我太耐冇去過元氣，我好似發現新大陸咁，宜家先知原來佢地出 susi係會放上架列車度，然後列車會送到你面前。拎起 Susi後需要㩒一㩒上面個燈制，列車就會駛番走。如果你吾㩒個制，佢會 keep住響提示你。我完全第一次接觸，感覺好新奇😂。小朋友一定好鐘意。佢地宜家落單都係download佢地嘅 QR code然後用手機落單，佢地亦有提供 wifi比客人。吾知係咪我去嘅時侯未夠 12pm呢，吾見有 Lunch Set。我就散叫左幾碟壽司同一碟八爪魚。味道同質數都係元氣一般 Standard, 中規中距，冇咩特別。如果突然自己壽司癮起，都可以去食下。
