To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由細到大每次一經過沙嗲王,總會勾起自己想食白咖喱嘅慾望,再加上每次買單嗰陣嗰粒薄荷糖,雖然唔係啲咩特別嘢,但係有一種莫名其妙嘅儀式感,唔食的話,硬係會覺得爭咁一啲感覺。記得以前成日幫襯銅鑼灣嗰間沙嗲王,入邊嘅裝修充滿海盜嘅感覺,荃灣分店嗰間雖然比較少幫襯,但是記得之前嗰間係要搭lift上去的,第一次嘗試位於大河道的地舖分店,一眼望落去反而有一種簡潔嘅感覺。同太太兩人入去之後,第一時間menu都唔使睇,就叫咗兩客白咖喱豬扒飯再加一份蔬菜。一個白咖喱豬扒飯,一個蟹粉豆腐鍋,兩者都係係小弟心目中,屬於沙嗲王嘅招牌美食。《白咖喱豬扒飯》侍應一放豬扒飯上枱,一陣屬於白咖喱獨有嘅香味撲鼻而來,各種唔同嘅味道,融合埋一齊成為食慾大增嘅理由。有別於其他快餐店所出嘅白咖喱,沙嗲王嘅白咖喱喺香料上比較抌本,加上比較濃郁,用嚟撈飯實在是不二之選。至於伴隨最白咖喱一併而來的豬扒,出品挺好,一啖一啖的豬扒,伴隨白咖喱嘅魅力,喺口腔裏面起舞。蔬菜出品普普通通,主要係為咗補充纖維,好食與否,對於熱愛食肉嘅小弟冇乜特別感覺,四個字不過不失我知,睇到呢度可能覺得有啲誇張,的確,有一部份原因可能係因為本身對沙嗲王嘅個人觀

我知,睇到呢度可能覺得有啲誇張,的確,有一部份原因可能係因為本身對沙嗲王嘅個人觀感。但係,客觀上我都覺得呢個價錢呢個質素,話係最好食嘅白咖喱連鎖店,應該都當之無愧。
