To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講真，食白咖喱呢樣嘢，一直始終覺得佢係一個比較「家庭式」嘅菜式，一路都未有扚起心肝去試。點知今次去咗呢間餐廳，試咗佢哋嘅白咖喱，真係估你唔到，發現真係唔錯喎。😮** 白咖喱慢煮牛肉飯**白咖喱湯底呈奶白色，上面鋪滿咗一大塊慢煮牛肉，睇落去就已經好有食欲。牛肉唔會韌，反而係好嫩滑，一咬落去，肉汁就喺口腔爆發，真係好正！白咖喱湯底係用椰漿煮成，味道好香濃，但係唔會太膩，仲帶有一絲絲嘅辣味，真係好惹味！湯底入面仲有好多蔬菜，例如椰菜、蘿蔔、青瓜等等，令到整碗飯更加豐富。🍛白咖喱公司 (觀塘)觀塘觀塘道410號觀點中心1樓1號舖
