To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日放假陪媽咪行油麻地買野,突然好掛住沙爹王嘅白咖喱香茅豬扒飯,而油麻地個間都係第一次試,一上到樓,地方好大,人又唔算多,我地揀左個卡位來坐.白咖喱香茅豬扒飯,個人好鐘意白咖喱嘅獨特香料味道,唔會太辣,陣陣嘅香茅味喺豬扒度散發出來,豬扒又唔會太乾,真喺餐餐食都唔會厭,白咖喱汁撈飯已經可以成碗飯食曬,飲埋杯凍青蘋果綠茶配啫喱,簡直錦上添花.肉醬溫泉蛋飯,第一次試, 溫泉蛋飯既賣相已經非常討好,流心嘅蛋黃,令人食慾大增,食落去果然好滑,將肉醬, 溫泉蛋飯搞勻,每粒飯都沾滿肉醬&蛋汁,出奇地好味.
