這度Handmade Tangliolini同之前的温泉蛋一樣,白松露多到鋪滿整個碟,嗅覺上比温泉蛋更香。Tangliolini只用少量牛油同parmesan cheese去調味,保持了蛋麵的蛋香。麵質爽滑,連白松露一齊食,實在是太好味了。這碟麵沒下太多醬汁,我喜歡這種食法,食到最尾白松露仍keep住乾爽,白松露的精華及香味亦全保留在最尾的那啖湯汁內。

來8½不能不吃的還有這Bone-in Rib-Eye (1200g)。索價$1380元,好貴但portion好大,我們6人也吃剩了1/3。這Rib Eye 煎焗至Medium Rare,會先拿出來給我們看,然後再拿回廚房放涼約10分鐘,待肉汁回流至肉內,才替客人切件,然後才serve給客人。

等了約15分鐘後,我們的Bone-in Rib-Eye已被肢解,分開兩碟上。連骨的這碟是較肥的部位。最肥及最熟的部位都是連骨的那邊,非常chewy,口感像牛腩,牛味最濃,亦是最膩,食一舊已足夠KO我。右邊的那排肉帶有肥膏,肉質較腍,好香油脂味。

另一碟係較瘦的部位,是perfect的medium rare,無一舊舊肥膏,肉質好腍,肉味香甜,女仕們都較愛吃這碟。Rib Eye帶有些少筋位,但無須大力嘴嚼亦會溶於口內。

Bone-In Rib Eye的配菜同樣大堆頭,有烤蔬菜及烤薯仔。烤蔬菜有紅菜頭、cherry tomato、南瓜及甘荀,每種蔬菜都非常清甜及嫩,最推介紅菜頭,真係超甜。烤薯仔都好好味,偏爽,薯味好濃。

朱古力蛋糕內有開心果慕士同Apricot Jam。開心果慕士味道不太開心果,果仁味好淡,有啲假假哋嘅味道。Apricot Jam好酸,如果淨係食啲朱古力漿同朱古力蛋糕就好味;但加埋啲開心果慕士就不太討好,有點令人失望。
