用上低溫慢煮嘅方式煮成嘅半熟蛋上到枱影完相之後立即用個差叉整穿蛋黃蛋黃由於熔岩般湧出鮮黃色嘅蛋汁將熔岩一樣將整個意粉包住另外再用上白汁忌廉配合埋炒香左嘅雜菌雜菌爽口而且非常之夾個白汁另外有炒得非常之香令到成個意粉都充滿晒菇菌味而且本身嘅白汁忌廉味道啱啱好意粉又唔會煮到過淋依然保持爽口再配合埋炒香晒嘅煙肉煙肉煙燻過嘅豬油令到嗰邊意粉更加好味然後再將半熟蛋嘅蛋汁同意粉均勻咁溝埋一齊濃烈嘅蛋汁完全襯托晒成個意粉
