To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實唔係第一次幫襯,都食左幾次,但真係估唔到佢今次咁叻叻豬白烚都做得出!我直頭係食緊湯渣!霉、柴、鞋!佢係咩菜式—咪就係炭燒豬排骨囉!一上菜用一大劈紅色醬汁冚住啲肉,見到啲肉都心知不妙,一食落口直頭係服!好心啦……其實如果整唔切不如一早同個客講話整唔到,好過你心急出菜俾啲白烚嘢人食。用餐時間是5月7號下午三點幾係咪因為時間問題所以冇預先將啲食材解凍導致要白烚呢?不過我都唔會再為佢解釋,食過今次真係唔會再有下一次。
