To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同同事去咗白田嗰邊食晏晝，同事話想食車仔麵，所以就去咗呢間車仔麵檔入面食我哋12點左右去到都唔係太多人，因為食咗一陣已經開始有學生哥同埋其他人入嚟食我哋兩個都嗌左個$42套餐，再加兩蚊加大杯豆漿豆漿唔太甜，豆味算係一般啦師傅特登問我地 要唔要XO醬同埋菜圃，睇場上面嗰啲海報都幾出名，我哋就要XO醬等左一陣塊面就嚟啦，面嘅份量我係話好多，夠一個女仔嘅分量將啲XO醬撈埋個面入邊食，都幾惹味，湯底夠味道，就最鍾意食豬腸，好肥大，唔好話細細粒，我要左生麵，煮得好彈牙同事就覺得金錢肚煮得夠入味，其他嘅配料都唔錯
