數數對上一次吃燒鵝好像已經是兩年前在鏞記的事,到目前為止仍然未有機會到深井陳記燒鵝,第一次反而是先試旺角店。從店外望見那掛起的燒鵝,油油亮亮的色澤非常誘人。入座後第一時間點了一碟盛惠$108的例牌,價錢和份量都比名牌鏞記吸引。燒鵝的羶味很淡,最喜歡鵝皮的色澤和口感,毛孔都處理得非常乾淨,一個毛頭也看不見。透白的皮下脂肪很厚,吃一件的話,覺得很油潤,再多又有點膩,蘸一些酸酸甜甜的秘製醬汁會比較好。深井招牌炒飯仍然離不開燒鵝,除了蛋、叉燒、蝦粒、紅蘿蔔粒,還混了連皮的鵝肉粒,味道有點像臘味飯一樣香口,不過比較油膩了一點。兩個人埋單$200有找,這頓白色情人餐也挺划算哦。
