很抱歉,我一向食嘢快過諗嘢,諗嘢又快過寫嘢,於是乎食完先諗,諗好再寫就擔誤至今了..現在正要憶述是去年Fofo by el Willy的聖誕午餐;當然美好的經驗不論時隔多久,你也會記在心頭,彷彿剛才方步出餐廳,口腔仍有甘津餘香迴盪著~~聖誕日跟四位友伴相約此店進餐,中午十二時我是首位人客到達,臨窗而坐,溫謁陽光投影到室內,映襯白皚皚裝潢,光影間彌漫著恬靜,偶有侍者擺設餐具的啷噹聲響.朋友紛紛入座,先來支sprinkling water清清味蕾,點選食品後是西班牙Cava氣酒,配合著這個和暖的節日;晶瑩剔透的氣泡白酒,彷彿遙遙呼應加泰隆尼亞的熾熱陽光.是日頭盤小吃有如下項目:{Iberico pork cured meats & tomato bread} - 多款沙樂美腸,辣味腸和風乾牛肉;火腿各有特色,豐滿凝脂,甘香微辣.伴以Cataluya式crystal bread,脆包面塗以鮮茄茸,口感味道分明,中和了氣酒的甜美,使之更形層次.{Hamachi tradito with sun-dried tomatoes,black olives,pine nu
