因為正在旅行途中和叫嘅串燒太多,不能對每樣串燒都作出細緻形容,總括來說串燒特色就是材料新鲜,燒到剛剛好,全沒有燒焦部分,外爽脆內鬆軟多汁,調味很適合我們的口味。
值得一提嘅就是 : I) 白金串豬雜鍋、2)燒活魚、3)網油猪腦卷。
1)有豬粉腸和其它猪內臟,食材新鮮彈牙,加上冬菇和粟米等蔬菜,湯汁鮮甜濃稠而不肥膩,味道很配合,食到全身暖笠笠。
2)活魚係由日本豐洲市場每日新鮮運港,其肉味鮮美似黃花魚,但是肉質較為結實,食在口內充滿煎鱼鮮味。
3)網油猪腦卷食入口內似豆腐加芝士的感覺,燒得又糯又糊口。
