To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這陣子筆者當了Canteen的常客. 短短數天中, 點選了叉燒炒河(HK$35), 肉絲炒麵(HK$35). 欣賞它特別有一條外賣自取的隊伍, 最適合凡事也講求效率的白領一族, 不用跟堂食的食客迫.叉燒炒河, 採用了幼河粉, 是筆者喜愛的類型. 至於味道, 是很自家的那種. 不是每一條河粉也沾上醬汁, 吃時也略為淡口, 鑊氣欠奉, 幸好不算很油膩, 配上韮黃, 口感有所提升. 但用上的叉燒明顯不是好貨色, 不知待了多少天.肉絲炒麵, 不是乾爽的那種, 而是用醬汁炒的那類型. 入口感覺油膩, 味道偏甜, 鹹一點會較好. 配上肉絲, 這樣又一餐了.在金鐘吃午飯, 難度是有的.
