To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

除咗九龍城街市嗰間嘅西多士之外，呢間係我暫時食過最好食嘅西多士。我哋呢啲住喺九龍嘅人都特登入到去港島，就係為咗試下呢一個周記蝦多士。首先講吓你一個最普通嘅西多士，咪住咪住你以為佢係普通西多士，其實佢係蛋黃西多士，中間啲仲要係起晒沙添呀！真係呀諗返起都想再去食，佢個種鹹得來有少少甜嘅感覺真係十分之美好。跟住就係招牌嘅蝦多士，佢將鮮蝦打成蝦膠再放入西多士當中，你擺入口嘅時候仲feel到陣陣嘅鮮蝦味。講真香港真係冇幾多鋪頭仲有蝦多士可以食。所以呢間鋪頭，即使我哋排一個鐘我都係十分之推介！
