之前食過佐尖沙咀分店覺得醉胡爐好得,所以今次路經銅鑼灣,又咁啱想打邊爐,就即刻諗起胡爐呢間分店。銅鑼灣呢間分店同尖沙咀嘅裝修格局都係差唔多,卡位係私隱度好高,就好似自己係包廂一樣。上次食咗個非常好味嘅火焰龍蝦海鮮鍋,所以今次諗都唔使諗都係揀返火焰龍蝦海鮮鍋。首先侍應會炒一炒個龍蝦,你會見到隻龍蝦仲郁緊,證明係一隻生猛嘅龍蝦,好新鮮。跟住用白酒點火去燒,火焰龍蝦嘅名就係咁黎。跟住再加入佢哋得秘制嘅龍蝦汁去煮。滾起之後當然要試一啖龍蝦湯先,好清甜好重龍蝦味,龍蝦好大,好彈牙。d蜆都好甜。由於太肚餓嘅關係,所以一嚟就叫咗個紅薯粉,打個底先。估唔到碟粉係咁大份,食咗一半都已經飽咗九成,跟住叫咗1份黑松露蟹肉餃同埋蟹籽蝦丸。黑松露餃子要放在勺子一齊滾,如果唔係就會變成餚湯底。餃子非常好味, 蟹肉好甜,黑松露好香,如果水餃皮再薄d就會更好。蝦丸好爽,食得出係手打嘅,因為真係好滑好彈,蟹籽令口感更豐富,食入口好似有爆炸糖嘅感覺。
