Bookmark了很久的餐廳,今次慶祝拍拖週年,其實都是藉口給我吃吃想要去的餐廳😛,位於香港中環大館的Magistracy Dining Room,前身為中央裁判司署,充滿歷史感的百年古蹟,𥚃面融入了現代典雅的裝潢,高樓底和栱型天花,Signature的紅色軟皮沙發卡坐,既舒適又帶著英倫格調。午餐時段,我們分別點了三個Courses和兩個Courses,Starters是Cock-A-Leekie Soup,和Steak Tartare,前者湯頭非常清澈,帶點洋蔥香,配上雞肉dumplings,外皮有點點酥脆,比較像雞肉批。後者侍應會在生牛肉即時拌入生雞蛋、不同的香料、胡椒、香草、即刨芝士,塗在烘脆的吐司上吃,味道很不錯。主菜我點的Three Yellow Chicken Pie,上桌比較像酥皮湯,𥚃面是鮮嫩三黃雞肉,紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、菇菌類,醬汁Creamy,酥皮亦夠酥夠脆。老公的Grilled Ribeye Steak,點了medium rare,牛肉切開嫩滑多汁,沾上horseradish cream入口順滑,亦帶出了牛排的層次鹹鮮味道。Side dish的亮點是Quality Ch

主菜我點的Three Yellow Chicken Pie,
上桌比較像酥皮湯,
𥚃面是鮮嫩三黃雞肉,
紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、菇菌類,
醬汁Creamy,酥皮亦夠酥夠脆。
老公的Grilled Ribeye Steak,
點了medium rare,
牛肉切開嫩滑多汁,
沾上horseradish cream入口順滑,
亦帶出了牛排的層次鹹鮮味道。
Side dish的亮點是Quality Chop House Confit Potatoes,
薯仔切成千層狀再用油封方法烹製,
本身已加入海鹽調味,
入口外酥內嫩,保留薯仔的天然風味之餘,
亦增添了香氣和口感,
連配菜都一絲不苟。
另外一款Creamed Spinach反而失色了,
個人覺得稍鹹。

甜品我選了Dark Chocolate Pudding ,
70%巧克力做成的布丁,
質感像慕絲細滑,
入口有一點點漿口,
可可味濃,配vanilla忌廉平衡感不錯。

之前看過餐廳其他食評,
其實也有一點好壞參半的感覺,
名廚Alyn Williams掌廚的出品,
對我來說整個用餐體驗覺得蠻好,
口味對我們的胃就是。
