今日嚟到有百年歴史嘅和昌大押食晏上次喺Crust Italian 食過好正嘅Pizza今次有趁Restaurant Week試其他食物🔸Starter- 24 months aged “parma ham” & melon 風乾火腿配蜜瓜 , 24個月熟成的風乾鹹火腿配上甜蜜瓜,一甜一鹹感覺卻很搭。雖然簡單的食材但㕑師用心擺放食物,食物賣相精緻,食客也吃得特別滿足- “Caprese” salad tomato & buffalo mozzarella 水牛芝士配小蕃茄 - 新鮮車厘小蕃茄配水牛芝士,經典配搭。🔸Main- Rigatoni pancetta, tomato & parmesan fondue 蕃茄煙肉意粉,煮到Al denti 的意粉口感煙煙韌韌,非常有趙口。不過不是每一條意粉的硬度都是一樣。- Roasted half spring chicken in Amalfi lemon 半隻燒春雞,外脆內軟,春雞肉質保持鮮嫩,這道菜比較出色🔸Dessert - Cheese Cake 芝士蛋糕口感較硬Carrot Cake 紅蘿蔔蛋糕較芝士蛋糕好吃😋歐式佈置的環境令人感覺
