希慎有間由京都來的百年老字號餐廳,京林屋。鋪頭外面人山人海,都要等位,入座還有時限,1.5小時,但鋪內依然客似雲來。先來京式鰻魚飯$98,鰻魚肉鮮味,肉質彈牙,有鰻魚燒汁味,切碎了一件件上,面鋪大量蛋絲同紫菜絲撈埋飯底一齊食,而珍珠米飯更有焙茶泡過,清香味濃,還有麵鼓湯,唔算好咸,配菜還有酸蘿蔔。如覺得飯味濃還可加wasabi 撈飯食。之後上金目鯛定食$88, 魚油香味濃,用了醬汁覆蓋全塊魚,非常入味,最佳餸飯,一匙焙茶飯配啲紫菜同魚食,味道剛好。食完飯當然口乾嘆返杯靚茶,跟餐多$20 可叫杯葡萄煎茶,店員一放下已聞到葡萄清香味,有漏斗,可泡三杯,很喜愛,飲完清一清口腔可以叫甜品同飲品,叫了香港限定既芭菲,賣相好吸引,一次過可以滿足好多願望,由頂至下,有抹茶軟雪糕,綠茶味香濃,有馳名既綠茶厥餅,質感像果凍但煙韌,還有再煙韌啲既小丸子,米通,焙茶厥餅,呍喱拿軟雪糕,大滿足的甜品。焙茶沙冰雪糕$58,相對清甜解渴,焙茶味雪糕滑溜,茶香夠清甜。綠茶還未夠喉,再叫了茶之戀,給人浪漫感覺,有綠茶豆蓉,裡面包了忌廉同海綿蛋糕,夾埋食比想像中冇咁甜。呍喱拿雪糕幼滑,沾啲紅豆粒同小丸子一齊食。唔怪得咁

唔怪得咁多人排隊,真係好滿足,而且限時個半鐘其實都夠時間,上菜好快手。下次要再品嚐其他茶種先得,還有好多選擇。
