京林屋Kyo Hayashiya 係京都百年老店,有超過200年歷史,身為抹茶控嘅我,今日就去左試吓啦!.📌秘製抹茶蕨餅$88抺茶粉同黑糖蜜另上,可以見到蕨餅光滑,但蕨餅本身味道較淡,如果唔怕苦可以加多啲抹茶黃豆粉,令口感更豐富,增添甘澀味。再配上黑糖蜜🍯,但味道偏甜,有少少喧賓奪主!口感帶點爽,Q彈滑溜,但唔煙韌!蕨餅味道獨特性唔高!.總括黎講,未必會再回頭,個人偏好Via Tokyo多啲😉 或者可以試下呢度既lunch set!
