尤記得去台灣,專程去食度小月,食完感覺係名過於實... 百年老店招牌擔仔麵同魯肉飯既味道連街邊檔都不如,定還是... 一百年前人類既口味同今時今日唔一樣?銅鑼灣新開咗度小月,近近地係香港,比多次機會佢招牌擔仔麵湯底係幾香濃,但麵條唔入味,面頭隻蝦仲衰,整色整水,根本同碗麵完全無關,係就咁用滾水淥熟,再放係碗麵上面,佢點解做到招牌食物,我簡直一頭霧水花生豬手又係無咩味、個鮮蚵湯第一啖入口覺得幾香,但再飲落去同睇下個湯料,就知係味精湯,因為得蚵仔同豆腐,絕對煮唔出呢個湯咁濃既味,除非加咗味精全餐最好食個三杯雞煲,但都係唔算出色,九層塔既味落唔到雞度、蔥蒜爆得唔夠香、雞甜甜地、微辣但就係唔夠惹味同香口最後,間餐廳係正扶手電梯隔離,用咗open cafe既concept 做裝修... 但問題係我食緊既係豬手同雞骨,個個行過都望下我食緊啲咩,感覺好麻麻...百年老店... 究竟係因咩可以屹立不倒呢?仲要我星期一下午3:45入座,都要同我講用餐時間1.5小時,最低消費每位$60...
