星期日晚約咗好朋友食飯一行2人喺觀塘等,咁我朋友就建議食花園餐廳, 花園餐廳我諗大部分人都十分之熟悉,係一間港式嘅西餐廳,觀塘嗰間花園餐廳十分之就腳,就係裕民坊, 地鐵站行過去都係大約十分鐘左右.今次晚飯我哋每人分別叫咗一個精選鐵板套餐, 一個係西冷牛扒(紐西蘭) $100, 而另外一個餐係 A級肉眼牛扒(紐西蘭) $118未計加一.羅宋湯羅宋湯味道唔錯,但有少少偏酸,但唔係太鹹可以接受! 如果個湯有多啲蔬菜同埋肉會更加好! 喺餐包同牛油方面,個包就幾彈口,但係牛油方面,係用咗澳洲製造嘅植物油和牛油混合嘅牛油 (A light blend of butter and canola oil), 但如果係用全牛油嘅牛油嘅話應該會更加好食啲!我嘅食法係先將牛油成舊放落啲湯度等佢融咗先,然後一啖湯一啖包咁食,依個食法係上一輩人嘅食法,咁樣樣食嘅話就會令到啲湯滑啲,未試過嘅話你都可以試下!西冷牛扒(紐西蘭)&A級肉眼牛扒(紐西蘭)喺主菜既牛扒方面, 個西冷扒同A級牛扒我哋都叫咗五成熟,薯菜,(用碟上唔用鐵板,蒜蓉汁同黑椒汁分開用個碗仔上) 我哋咁樣叫主要有兩個原因,第一用鐵板上嘅話會有好多油煙,

喺主菜既牛扒方面, 個西冷扒同A級牛扒我哋都叫咗五成熟,薯菜,(用碟上唔用鐵板,蒜蓉汁同黑椒汁分開用個碗仔上) 我哋咁樣叫主要有兩個原因,第一用鐵板上嘅話會有好多油煙,食完之後啲衫會有啲油煙味,而我同我朋友都唔係咁鍾意依種感覺,第二,蒜蓉汁同黑椒汁分開用個碗仔上係因為我同我朋友都想先試下淨係食牛扒唔食汁嘅口感同味道.

喺配菜方面, 我哋係揀左薯菜嘅, 咁薯菜分別有炸薯條,粟米粒,同好值得一提而且我覺得非常有香港特色嘅就係佢哋用咗中國小棠菜! 薯條炸得好好,唔會太燶亦唔會太油,小棠菜同粟米就啱啱好,冇over cooked.

個餐係有包埋飲品嘅,我就揀左熱檸茶,而我個朋友就揀左凍奶茶,但因為實在冇乜太過特別所以我就唔會喺呢篇文章裏面寫啦
總括嚟講,我覺得如果兩三個人喺觀塘聚餐, 百零蚊有扒食,地理位置又要方便,花園餐廳真係一個唔錯既選擇!
順帶一提,喺餐廳內行路嘅時候要小心佢哋個地板有啲滑,我喺餐廳行走時候爭啲跣親.
