七月四日真的忙到飛起,飲完茶吃完城中最佳的鷓鴣粥後,就要買雞蛋、活鴿reshoot,而間場時又要買龍記的燒腩去孝敬前輩,仲有要去搞埋去日本的證件。說回正題,這腩骨約略是沙尼篤對上第五六支左右,肉色雪白而皮酥脆,吃起來也不膩口,雖然要成$120/斤但是高水準推介,中區朋友值得專程一試。
