由於今日係表姐細仔百日宴嘅大日子,我們喺出發去百日宴前,我們就約埋幾個姨媽一齊喺粉嶺綠悠軒商場嘅「海王漁港」飲下午茶!我們叫咗即焗燕窩蛋撻嘅燕窩份量超多,差唔多舖滿整個蛋撻嘅面,而撻皮係牛油皮,質感焗得相當鬆脆,而且牛油味亦好香濃,至於蛋漿就好夠滑同有好香蛋味!咕嚕鮮淮山開頭睇到個名覺得好特別,因平日食開通常都係咕嚕肉、咕嚕斑球或其他,但用淮山嚟做真係好有創意,因淮山相當清甜爽脆,而且完全唔會有油膩嘅感覺,真係超正呀!金網米網腸係用軟滑嘅腸粉包著炸得非常金黃香脆嘅米網,食落外軟內脆,層次感好豐富!竹炭流沙包由於係竹炭做,所以包身係黑色,而且再喺表面搽上幾條粗身嘅金線,令到賣相增添咗一份神秘又高貴嘅感覺,撕開一半就有效果做得相當好嘅流沙餡流晒出嚟,味道好香甜濃郁!翡翠筍蝦餃皇嘅餃皮好煙韌薄身,蝦肉好爽甜彈牙!吉品鮑魚燒賣嘅燒賣肉質相當爽滑彈牙,而且有超多肉汁,而舖面嘅主角鮑魚都幾大隻,質感超爽滑彈牙!竹炭甜薄罉嘅薄罉亦都係黑色嘅,質感好煙煙韌韌,入面嘅餡料有椰絲同花生碎粒,而且多到漏晒出嚟,真係相當足料!日式海鮮手打烏冬嘅海鮮有帶子、蝦球、花枝片、鮮魚菇、等等等等⋯⋯真係份量十足,而烏冬

金銀蒜蒸茄子係將啲茄子去皮砌成條狀,之後就將啲蒜蓉舖面一齊蒸,芳香惹味嘅蒜蓉味滲透晒入軟滑嘅茄子入面,真係超正呀!
子薑蒸牛仔骨嘅肉質好鬆軟嫩滑,加埋啲子薑一齊蒸,酸酸甜甜,相當醒胃,而且唔會有好油膩嘅感覺!
