To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺台灣做野個friend返左黎，大家想聚下舊就相約出來食餐飯！我哋決定食韓國料理，稔起之前喺報章上睇過呢間“梨泰園”韓國餐廳嘅專題報導～醬油蟹、韓國炸雞、炒年糕、韓國烤肉等等，好似好好食咁，所以今日我哋就黎左啦😉。由於時間尚早，餐廳人數唔多，坐低後店員奉上九碟前菜，款式多籮籮，有撈左D蝦米仔及芝麻嘅豆角，清甜爽脆；煎韮菜餅，表面煎至微微金黄，入口微脆，口感煙韌，幾特別；最愛的就係泡菜，講起韓國就會稔起泡菜，食落脆脆地唔係好辣，幾正；其它都非常好食！邊食前菜的時候邊落order，點咗一D烤肉，有雜錦豬肉拼盤同埋生牛排，仲有一份炒年糕。點完後，店員好快就準備了烤盤同埋牛肉、豬肉。生牛排，睇落好新鮮，烤完口感鬆軟，肉汁豐富，食落滿口肉香😄。豬肉有五花腩，肥瘦相間，豬頸肉，油脂分佈均勻；豬横隔膜肉，係豬隻身上極少的分量；肉在烤盤上烤時發出的滋滋聲，聽落都會覺得好誘人，等到烤好後，同埋生菜蘸著醬汁一齊食，生菜新鮮爽脆，豬肉香口，生菜亦降低左油膩感，😅。咁多正野食，當然要D飲品黎襯托下啦，提子汁，裡面有粒粒提子，甜味適中，好飲，朋友就要左支韓國手工啤酒！炒年糕，裡面加左D麵筋之類嘅嘢，有少少蔬菜
