喺台灣做野個friend返左黎,大家想聚下舊就相約出來食餐飯!我哋決定食韓國料理,稔起之前喺報章上睇過呢間“梨泰園”韓國餐廳嘅專題報導~醬油蟹、韓國炸雞、炒年糕、韓國烤肉等等,好似好好食咁,所以今日我哋就黎左啦😉。由於時間尚早,餐廳人數唔多,坐低後店員奉上九碟前菜,款式多籮籮,有撈左D蝦米仔及芝麻嘅豆角,清甜爽脆;煎韮菜餅,表面煎至微微金黄,入口微脆,口感煙韌,幾特別;最愛的就係泡菜,講起韓國就會稔起泡菜,食落脆脆地唔係好辣,幾正;其它都非常好食!邊食前菜的時候邊落order,點咗一D烤肉,有雜錦豬肉拼盤同埋生牛排,仲有一份炒年糕。點完後,店員好快就準備了烤盤同埋牛肉、豬肉。生牛排,睇落好新鮮,烤完口感鬆軟,肉汁豐富,食落滿口肉香😄。豬肉有五花腩,肥瘦相間,豬頸肉, 油脂分佈均勻;豬横隔膜肉,係豬隻身上極少的分量;肉在烤盤上烤時發出的滋滋聲,聽落都會覺得好誘人,等到烤好後,同埋生菜蘸著醬汁一齊食,生菜新鮮爽脆,豬肉香口,生菜亦降低左油膩感,😅。咁多正野食,當然要D飲品黎襯托下啦,提子汁,裡面有粒粒提子,甜味適中,好飲,朋友就要左支韓國手工啤酒!炒年糕,裡面加左D麵筋之類嘅嘢,有少少蔬菜

今次食得好開心,餐廳服務員都係韓國人,好nice!價格上雖然貴左D,不過一份錢一分貨,食落肚都係唔好貪便,下次會再黎!
